COLLEGE CONSULTANTS
Stephanie Barrett, BA
Stephanie is a former Admissions Counselor and graduate of Bard College. Her degree BA is in Psychology, and she also holds a certificate in Globalization and International Affairs.

Stephanie has always had a passion for education. As an undergraduate she worked in Bard's admissions office as an Admission Assistant and Tour Guide. After graduating, Stephanie spent 3 years as an Admissions Counselor at Bard, where she evaluated thousands of applications from students all over the world. She brings to AIM real world experience and sense of what makes an application compelling in competitive situations.

As a verbal tutor, her passion for student success and voracious appetite for reading and critical analysis informs her success. Stephanie is fulfilled by helping students develop a love for learning and by helping them to maximise their potential in the admissions process.

TJ Chung, BA
Tiana Jhurdan "TJ" Chung is a graduate of Vassar College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics, and minors in Biology and Africana Studies. TJ is an AIM alum, and having obtained a full scholarship to university, was recruited and trained by AIM while still a student at Vassar. Since then she has provided college prep guidance and essay support to scores of successful AIMers. During her time at Vassar, she was a dancer, choreographer, President of the Caribbean Students' Association, radio host and freelance college essay editor.

A semi-professional dancer turned "Math Brain" turned word wielder, TJ also utilizes her writing skills as a part time Copywriter and Digital Marketing Associate - she even helps to manage AIM Online Academy's social media presence! She loves food and spends her free time curating content for her Caribbean food-based blog and podcast, WongaGyal.
HYE KYUNG MOON, MA
Hye Kyung is a graduate of Wesleyan University where she obtained both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Neuroscience and Behavior. As a Wesleyan Science and Mathematics Scholar, she has been involved in both biomolecular and neurobiology research, eventually leading her to complete a master's thesis on adult neurogenesis in the song system of zebra finch songbirds.


At Wesleyan, Hye Kyung has worked in the Office of Residential Life as a Resident Advisor and as a Head Resident, opening her up to the inner workings of college campus life. She also worked as a Senior Interviewer at the Office of Admission where she interviewed many perspective candidates and hosted information sessions, providing her with a better understanding of the admission process.

Outside of her research and work hours, Hye Kyung enjoys reading crime novels, sweating it up at the gym, crocheting and knitting clothes, and cooking for her friends. She plans to pursue a MD/PhD program in Neurology.

JORDAN-LEIGH WYATT, MA
Jordan-Leigh holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies and a Master of Science Degree in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University. Alongside being an expert AIM Counselor, she serves as  Director of the Centre for Career Advancement, Leadership, and Scholarships (CALS) at her alma mater, St. Andrew High School for Girls.

Jordan-Leigh has extensive experience working with high school and college students. Prior to returning home to Jamaica, she worked as an Academic Advisor in the School of Architecture at Florida International University where she managed a caseload of over 350 students pursuing an Accelerated Master's Degree Programs. Since returning to Jamaica, she has provided expert advice to students regarding the college admission process, career guidance including resume writing and internship placement, assistance with college and scholarship essays, scheduled and hosted over 40 college visits from the United States, Canada, and the UK as well as coordinating SAHS for Girls' Leadership Development Programme.
NICOLE MCLAREN CAMPBELL, MSc
Nicole started AIM when her work as an interviewer for her alma-mater, Princeton University brought her face to face with students who desperately needed guidance in the college admission and scholarship processes. Having prepared for a career in economic development, Nicole boldly resigned from her position as Senior Policy Analyst to the then Minister of Education, now Prime Minister Andrew Holness, to start AIM with just two students. Parents continue to seek Nicole for the impact she has on teenagers – how she pushes them to adopt empowering perspectives and to pursue their wildest and largest dreams possible.

For 10 years, Nicole has helped countless students gain admission to some of the most prestigious universities in the world - including Oxford and Cambridge Universities in the United Kingdom and all 8 Ivy League Universities in the United States.
