College Counseling Team
Nicole McLaren Campbell is an industry leading Education Consultant, college counsellor, keynote speaker, entrepreneur, educator, and author.

Over the last 12 years she has built AIM Educational Services with a mission to get help student unleash their potential and get into the best fit college/university while saving parents money.

Nicole is a graduate of the St Andrew High School for Girls, Phillips Academy 'Andover', Princeton University and the University of London's School of Advanced Study and School of African and Oriental Studies.

AIM has successfully guided scores of students to full scholarships and/or academic placement in the most prestigious universities in the world, including Oxford and Cambridge Universities in the United Kingdom and all 8 Ivy League institutions in the United States. Stephanie Barrett has been on the AIM College Counseling team since 2015, and has truly helped a number of students to not only get into the colleges of their dreams, but also to think more deeply about who they are and who they want to become as they enter the world of adulthood.
Stephanie is a graduate of Bard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She also holds a certificate in Globalization and International Affairs, and is currently learning to code!
Stephanie has always had a passion for education. As an undergraduate she worked in Bard's admissions office as an Admission Assistant and Tour Guide. After graduating, Stephanie spent 3 years as an Admissions Counselor at Bard, where she evaluated thousands of applications from students all over the world. She brings to AIM real world experience and sense of what makes an application compelling in competitive situations.
Tonia Williams has a passion for education, and has been on the AIM College Counseling team since 2020 - before she even graduated from college! She brings a youthful perspective to the college counseling process, having experienced it first hand not too long ago.
Recently named the Jamaican 2022 Rhodes Scholar, Tonia Williams is dedicated to bettering the lives of children. After leaving the Immaculate Conception High School in Jamaica, Tonia completed her final two years of high school at the United World College in Bosnia and Herzegovina, before beginning her undergraduate studies at Vassar College in the US. Tonia graduated with honors from Vassar with a double major in Psychological Science and French and Francophone studies.
Currently, Tonia is completing an M.Ed. in Human Development in Education at Harvard University and spearheading developmental psychology research there as she prepares to undertake her doctoral studies in Experimental Psychology at Oxford in the fall of 2022. Tonia has been with AIM since 2020 and has seen great successes over two application cycles!
